Evaluating the Accreditation Process of Pharmacies to Health+ Pharmacy status

Researchers at the School of Pharmacy, Ulster University have developed a questionnaire (online and hard copy) to evaluate pharmacists and contractors views on the accreditation process of pharmacies to Health + Pharmacy status. This will enable Pharmacy Alliance to develop the accreditation process and enable more pharmacies to reach accreditation status.

If you have completed the Northern Ireland Centre for Pharmacy Learning and Development (NICPLD) training on becoming a Health + Pharmacy we would like to invite you to participate in this study. The questionnaire should take approximately 20 minutes to complete and consists of 2 parts

Part B Opinions on Health + Pharmacy accreditation visit

By completing this questionnaire we are assuming that you are consenting to participate in this study, however you are free to leave the survey at any time. Ethical approval has been granted by the School of Biomedical Sciences Ethics Filter Committee at Ulster University.
