We are taking applications from all GPNs, AHPs, and ARRS within SWL who would benefit from 6 free coaching sessions with a trained and experienced coach.

SWL Multi-Professional Coaching - Memorandum of Understanding

I, the undersigned agree and acknowledge my role and responsibilities as a Coachee participating in the SWL Multi-Professional Coaching programme.

I commit to:
  • Attending up to six coaching sessions arranged at a mutually convenient time with the Coach.
  • Communicating with the coach if I am unable to attend a session with at least 2 days notice.
  • Support programme evaluation and feedback, to contribute to the ongoing development of the SWL Multi-Professional Coaching programme.
  • Confidentiality of the sessions, sessions are confidential and will be related to personal and professional career development, not clinical competence.
  • Reporting any concerns so they can be escalated. Concerns or queries may be raised with victoria.kent5@nhs.net
