Consultation on Proposed Changes to Accessible Housing Policy |

The Accessible Housing Policy has been updated. The main changes proposed are:
1. Reference added to the Equality Act 2010
2. Reference to Argyll and Bute Council and the Health Service changed to the 'integrated occupational therapist service'.
3. Addition of Key Performance Indicators in line with the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
We are proposing to add the following key performance indicators to the performance monitoring of this aspect of our service and add some targets. For your information, we have provided our recorded performance from 2015/16 and the average performance of all other registered social landlords in Scotland for the same period.
Add - Percentage of approved applications for medical adaptations completed during the reporting year - Target 90%
ACHA performance in 2015/16 - 89.77%
All RSL performance in 2015/16 - 83.25%
Add - Average Time to complete applications - Target 40 days
ACHA performance in 2015/16 - 43.32 days
All RSL performance in 2015/16 - 49.93 days
