Physical Activity Survey

1. Physical Activity

In December 2016, Sport England announced their plans to provide £130 million of funding to 10 areas across the country to get people physically active. As a group of interested parties in South Tees, we are planning on submitting an application to be one of these areas.

We need your views to help make sure that our bid fits what local people want and need so that we have the best chance of being successful.

The survey should only take 5 – 10 minutes to complete. Please note only residents living or those working in Middlesbrough or Redcar and Cleveland should complete this survey.
