Best Business Customer Service Award

Entrants must be ISPs that provide customer care to businesses of any size.

Entrants must submit a written form (500 words maximum) detailing how they provide outstanding customer care to business customers. Entrants are advised that a summary of initiatives supported by real world examples is the best approach for the written entry form. This will be reviewed by the judges who will determine the shortlist and winner.

Judging criteria:

• Quality of account management
• Innovation in ‘ticket’ system and speed of resolving issues
• Levels of support offered to businesses
• Proactive communication to business customers
• Empowered and flexible customer service for businesses
• Training of customer support staff
• How your customer service differs from that of competitors
• Flexibility and contracts options offered for businesses
• Examples of ‘going the extra mile’ for businesses
• Innovation in billing and customer contact
• Handling of complaints and dispute resolution
