Introduction

Local community business, Bath & West Community Energy (BWCE) has secured funding from the Rural Community Energy Fund (RCEF) to test the viability of a community owned electric vehicle charging network running on solar power. We have commissioned Electric Blue to carry out a feasibility study in Bradford on Avon and surrounding villages. If successful, we aim for this area to be the first pilot hub for the network and a model for how we can develop it across other rural areas in our area of benefit.

We are carrying out this consultation to assess the support for a community owned ev charging network and the potential usage for it both now and in the future.

We would be grateful if you could complete the survey. Please also do feel free to circulate the link (if that is possible) to other local residents.
