Application Deadline Monday 31 October, 2022

Introduction
IBHL supports local good causes, constituted groups and formal charities with the introduction of the Spirit of our Community Awards.

Applications will only be accepted from not-for-profit. Refer to our Terms & Conditions and Award Guidance Notes for more details of who can apply.

Businesses, individuals and ‘for profit’ organisations are not eligible to apply. Applications will be limited to organisations/groups registered within an ML5 or ML6 postcode area.
What we will do
Applications will be reviewed and assessed by IHBL’s Award Committee which will shortlist 3 Projects/ideas.

We will let you know within one month of the application deadline if your entry has been shortlisted.
Members of the Award Committee will aim to visit the shortlisted entrants’ organisation to meet you and get to know more about the great work you are doing in our community.

We will then rank the entries and the prizes will be as follows:
➢ 1st place will be awarded £10,000;
➢ 2nd and 3rd places will be awarded £1,000 each.

We will aim to let you know the outcome of your application within 3 weeks of the visit to your organisation's premises and we will aim to provide the funds to the successful organisations by the end of the calendar year.
