We check the applications in this survey once per term so do not panic if we don't get back to you immediately as lessons will only start at the beginning of a new term.
We are usually able to accommodate requested lessons so your application will have been successful unless you hear otherwise.
Completion of this form constitutes a contract between you and the school - please read fully all terms and conditions.
Due to increased volume of correspondence and decreased staffing levels, we are unable to accept any enrolment except through the use of this form (cancellation of lessons is also an online process - please see terms and conditions summary).
