Who are we?

This survey is being undertaken by the Peer Forum- a protected space for people who work or volunteer in a peer way in Edinburgh. We are part of the Edinburgh Thrive Peer Community and facilitated by CAPS Independent Advocacy. We work to raise awareness of issues affecting people working or volunteering in a peer way in Edinburgh and campaign to improve experiences of peer working in Edinburgh.
This survey is written by members of the peer forum who have experience of working and/or volunteering in a peer way in Edinburgh.

Why this survey?

The survey aims to explore:
-        People’s experience as peer workers
-        What is good within peer work/ what needs improvement?
-        Why are people moving on from peer work?
-        How people's experiences of peer working, including retention, can be improved?
