Best Business Broadband Award

For the ISP which provides the best broadband service for businesses.

The shortlist will be determined using Thinkbroadband’s technical testing data, with the eventual winner determined by this, the below questions plus ISPAs judge's industry knowledge. Bearing in mind the judging criteria, entrants are required to answer the following questions using no more than 200 words per section. Please include any evidence within the given word limit.

•  Installation costs
•  Geographical availability
•  Reliability and SLAs for businesses
•  Broadband speeds
•  Investment and innovation in networks
•  Packages available
•  Time from order to delivery
•  Flexibility and responsiveness to businesses needs
•   Value added services for businesses (disaster recovery, hosting, VoIP etc)
•   Account management and support for businesses
•   Innovation in the past 12 months
