Application to rent a property

Each tenant who would like to take a property through The Bristol Residential Letting Co must complete the following application form in full.

They are also required to present, to a member of The Bristol Residential Letting Co, evidence that they have a right to reside in the UK. This usually takes the form of a British or EU/EET passport. Applicants from outside the EU/EET will be required to present a valid visa. Please visit the government website for further information. All application forms and proof of the right to rent must be completed within 48 hours of paying the reservation fee - failure to do so will result in the property being remarketed.

During the application process the applicant will be required to give consent to various third parties so that information can be obtained by The Bristol Residential Letting Co to satisfy the referencing process. Any delay in providing consent may lead to the property being placed back on the market.
