Sport Northern Ireland: Sports Club Research Project - Focus Groups

Dear Club

Thank you for completing the club questionnaire – the response from clubs is very encouraging. If your club has not yet completed the survey questionnaire you can access and complete it electronically via this link Club_Survey_2019.

Your club is now invited to a Focus Group. The Focus Group presents an opportunity to discuss the challenges facing sports clubs and the support required to improve accessibility, connectivity and sustainability in the coming years.

Otium Leisure Consultancy is delivering a series of Focus Groups on behalf of Sport NI during January and early February 2020 – your club is invited to attend one by sending up to 2 club representatives. Each Focus Group will start at 7.30pm and finish by 9.00pm (except Lakeland Forum, Enniskillen which will start at 8.00pm and finish by 9.30pm).

We would like your club to attend the Focus Group in your Council area. If this is not possible you can select another Focus Group. Please indicate which Focus Group your club will attend by ticking one box (below).

Please register by Friday 17 January 2020. Please let us know if your club is unable to attend.

Your personal data will not be shared but the findings of the survey will be shared beyond Sport NI to inform the sport sector of the current state of sports clubs in NI.
