Our mental health, in many ways, is just like our physical health. It is something everybody has and it is something that we need to take care of. However, this way of thinking hasn’t always existed and many of us still find the concept of mental health something new, a little mysterious and something we, at times, may struggle to understand.  Mental health isn’t just for someone else, it is everyone’s business. Whatever your experience of mental health is, it is valid and it is your own.

With this in mind, The Joint Health Improvement Team, together with local mental health charity Health in Mind want to hear from you.

This survey is aimed at understanding men's experiences of mental health within the Scottish Borders with a view using these to help us shape and improve the opportunities, support and access to the right things at the right time. We believe in creating caring and connected communities across the Scottish Borders that support and enable men living within in them to feel supported and able to live fulfilling lives.

We estimate this survey will take you 10-15 minutes to complete and we appreciate you taking the time. You can complete this survey anonymously and you can skip any questions you don't want to answer or that aren't relevant to you. Your experience matters.
