Best Consumer Customer Service Award

Entrants must be ISPs that provide customer care to consumer customers.

Entrants must submit a written form (500 words maximum) detailing how they provide outstanding customer care to consumer customers. Entrants are advised that a summary of initiatives supported by real world examples is the best approach for the form. This will be reviewed by the judges who will determine the shortlist and winner.

• Channels of communication
• Proactive communications to customers
• Speed of answering customer queries
• Training of customer service agents
• Ease of customers ‘getting through’
• Empowered and flexible customer support staff
• How your customer service differs from that of competitors
• Innovation in billing and customer contact
• Range of platforms for customers to get in contact
• Examples of ‘going the extra mile’
• Handling of complaints and dispute resolution
