Evaluating the Current Practice of UK Surgeons for Empyema Surgery

This is a survey conducted by the Thoracic Surgery team at Castle Hill Hospital under the supervision of Mr S Qadri, Consultant Thoracic Surgeon. The aim of this survey is to gain insight into the national practices of consultants who perform procedures for empyema. Your input is greatly appreciated, and we will not ask for any personal information which will identify you and your answers.
