Wiltshire Creative launches its SHIFT programme in Spring 2021, providing a unique view of the arts that is largely underrepresented – this programme of work will be a mouthpiece and a platform for exciting, new ideas from young people aged 14 to 24 years old.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on the way we live our lives and raised serious, pressing questions about our future, and it is young people who will eventually answer these questions. SHIFT will give young people a platform to express how they think we should move forwards and explore what change they wish to see in the community.

We have a range of unpaid opportunities to get involved for 14 to 24 year olds, so if you're a youth leader with a group who are ready to collaborate or a young individual with something to say, we would love to hear from you!

Prior experience is not required to take part, just passion and an interest in activating positive change.
