Your pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatal experience

Colchester, Ipswich and West Suffolk Maternity Voices have partnered to create a survey to hear about your experience of maternity care, during labour and postnatally (since your baby was born).

Maternity Voices Partnerships are totally independent of the NHS and have been created to ensure that your voice is heard. When you complete this survey you are contributing to positive changes in the service provision for women in your area. 

This survey relates to care received since the Coronavirus outbreak began, so for the purpose of this survey, we ask that your responses relate to care received from mid-March onwards.

All feedback you share will remain anoynomous, and is shared with ESNEFT, WSFT, WSCCG, Public Health SCC and Healthwatch Suffolk to help improve services across the area.
