This award provides you with the opportunity to nominate and acknowledge an employee from your business who, in your opinion, has a promising bright future and has already shown an outstanding performance in the past year within the workplace.
Open to entrants either in a part-time, full time or an apprenticeship role, the judges will be looking for how hard work and commitment, coupled with a positive attitude has proven already some demonstrable benefits to your business.

Please note the entrant must be up to 24 years at the time of entry. Entrants may provide a maximum of 3 pieces of evidence to support their submission to stage 1. Evidence must consist of images only i.e charts/pictures. Entrants may be asked for additional information, including evidence of financial information, at the interview stage (stage 2). All evidence needs to be submitted to rnightingale@doncaster-chamber.co.uk
The criteria to meet is:
1. Your Rising Star should be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
2. Your Rising Star will go above and beyond the expected level of service for an internal or external customer.
3. Your Rising Star inspires others within the workplace and promotes a positive feeling of enthusiasm.
4. Your Rising Star will have contributed already towards achieving tasks within your business strategy.
5. Your Rising Star has demonstrated examples that you would consider to be above and beyond their job requirement.
6. To provide examples of measurable financial benefits directly accredited to your Rising Star.

Note, all questions are given equal weighting.
The winner of this award should be an upstanding member of the community and there should not be anything within their careers that, on winning this award, would cause them or the Chamber embarrassment.
