Information about you and the educational setting

Bedford Borough Council wants to find out how effectively the needs of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or may have SEND, are being supported in nurseries, schools, college and other settings in the Borough.

The survey refers to 'setting'. This could mean nursery/pre-school, school (primary, secondary, lower, middle, upper, special school), alternative provision, college, other training provider.

The term 'SEND support' refers to the support provided within a setting for children/young people with SEND.

Where a question refers to  'your child', the question should also be answered by staff working in a setting or work with children and young people with SEND.

Also, where a question asks you to provide a score, you can also enter additional comments.

We would be grateful if you could complete this survey. If you wish to tell us about the experiences of more than one child, please complete another survey. Please press 'Done' at the end to submit. If you wish to remain anonymous, please do so.

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact pam.heath@bedford.gov.uk or jonathan.foster@bedford.gov.uk
