Marketplace and poster submission form

Before submitting your information, please read the marketplace and poster guidance notes on the website.

Marketplace sessions are a maximum of 30 minutes. They will take place around tables in the marquee, not in a classroom/lecture theatre.

We are unable to print any successful poster submissions.

* 6. Are you submitting a marketplace session or poster submission? 

* 7. Please provide the title of your marketplace/poster submission

* 8. Please provide a summary of your session/poster

* 9. Please provide names of any additional marketplace presenters/poster authors

* 10. If you are submitting for a marketplace, please briefly describe your session (e.g. Interactive discussion, presentation with slideshow, artwork ect)

* 11. Please make us aware of any equipment/other requirements we might be able to assist with/should be aware of

* 12. If successful, would you be interested in being in a short video to help promote the conference?
