One Broken Teacup

In 2016, I won the Creative Thinking World Championship. I am a performance poet, a novelist, speaker, and journalist, and have been researching intelligence, creativity, and memory for many years. Thank you for taking part in this survey, which will run from 16 February 2017 to 15 April 2017.

This survey is a preliminary study for a new project on how we think creatively. If you would like to receive the report and a full explanation, once the project is closed, there will be a chance to leave your email.

There are no right or wrong answers. You are not being judged or tested. Do not worry if you feel you cannot answer the questions fully - a partial answer is as useful to me as a full one. I may quote from some of the free text answers in the research related to this survey, but all answers are anonymous.

The survey should take 8-10 minutes.

Thank you for taking part.
