Thank you for taking the time to complete an expression of interest to the idea and opportunity of employing someone to the Registered Nursing Degree Apprenticeship Programme.
The programme is fully funded through the apprenticeship levy is 4 years long.
If you choose to support a new employee, the practice will receive an additional £2000 if the employee is aged 16 - 24, or £1,500 if the employee is over 25. Further information can be provided on request.
The Registered Nurse Degree Apprentice will do a number of external placements and will be expected to be counted as supernumerary to the practice, but remain employed throughout the time. They will cover areas such as Adults, Children, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities and be exposed to a number of different health care settings which they will be able to bring back the learning to your practice.
