What do you think about a rent increase in April 2021?

From April 2021 we are proposing to increase rents by September CPI plus 1% as allowed by the government. This will let us deliver the home improvements we need to, and maintain our other repairs and maintenance services. We want to know what you think about that proposal (the increase is likely to be around 2%)
