SAFETY CULTURE ASSESSMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SURVEY

The information you provide is completely anonymous and in support of the purpose of SCWG i.e. improving safety culture by sharing examples and latest approaches collated from real life case studies. When answering these questions, please consider our definition of Safety Culture below. Where we refer to organisation, the organisation could be your employing organisation or a single organisation you are providing services to as a sole trader.
