Service Review Policy – Public Consultation |
Questionnaire
We are consulting on a Service Review policy proposal. This is in response to both our difficult financial position and our commitment to commission (buy) a range of procedures and treatments where there is clinical evidence they are effective, beneficial to patients and affordable to our local health economy.
We have carried out an equality and quality impact assessment on each of the proposed changes (these are available on the CCG website), but before making a decision we want to ensure we have a thorough understanding of the impact that these changes may have on our local population.
As part of this consultation we need your views on these proposals and to understand the impact they may have on you.
This consultation will run from Tuesday 25th October 2016 until midnight on Tuesday 17th January 2017.
Please submit your feedback by midnight Tuesday 17th January 2017.
An accompanying definition table to support the completion of this questionnaire has also been developed. This document provides a detailed overview of the procedures and treatments that are being consulted on, the proposed changes, the rationale for change and the impact. This document is available to download on the CCG websites.

*The CCGs for Wirral, West Cheshire, Eastern Cheshire, South Cheshire and Vale Royal have come together in partnership to work on a programme of change to review some of the services they provide. Therefore we are asking that you share the first 4 digits of your postcode so we can understand the impact any changes would have on our local areas and populations.
