Swansea Council have commissioned Urban Foundry to carry out an independent review of the Communities First programme in Swansea post 2013.
You have received this e-survey as we understand you have been involved in the programme. We would be grateful if you could spend 10-15 minutes completing the survey, which will be used to better understand what has worked, capture good practice and highlight the impact the programme has had on residents’ lives and tackling poverty.
Names of individuals who complete the survey will not be used in any reports, however names of organisations/groups may be. If you do not wish for the name of your organisation or group to be shared with Swansea Council or wider, please leave this question blank.
