We’ve put together this short survey that shouldn’t take much longer than 10 minutes to answer. As a thank you, all those completing the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win £500 to spend on a Sawday's holiday.

This survey is to help us learn more about you and the types of holidays you like to take as well as giving you the opportunity to give us some feedback on what we do well and what we could do better, so that we can improve your experience with us.

Although it is perfectly possible to complete this survey on a phone, to avoid thumb-ache we recommend using a laptop or tablet.

All your answers are confidential so please answer as honestly as you can (we can take it!). The survey will close at 11.45pm on Wednesday 2nd December 2015.

Terms and conditions of the holiday prize:

1) One prize draw winner will receive a stay at any Sawday's or Sawday's Canopy and Stars place, of their choice, to the value of £500. The winner must book the stay themselves, by 31st January 2016, for a stay between 1st January 2016 and 31st December 2016. Alastair Sawday's will cover the cost of the accommodation directly with the chosen place, up to the value of £500. All other costs, including travel, meals and entertainment, are at the expense of the prize winner.
