Welcome to the Small Business Britain Small Business Resilience survey 2020
As part of Small Business Britain's work over the last three years to uncover the real role of small businesses in communities and the economy, the Small Business Resilience Report will take an in-depth look at how small businesses have managed, survived or even battled through the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.
This survey will form part of that report and looks to understand how you and your business have got through 2020. It will examine what steps have been taken to keep the business going, adaptions ("pivots") made, any support received and outlook for the coming months and years.
Lessons in resilience from small businesses will be shared throughout the winter via our website, social media and press to help other businesses find ways forward and grow in hope and ambition.
