Staff Well-being Priority: Practical Working Arrangements/ Recognition & Reward

Staff 'KISS' feedback is that a Cover Supervisor role would improve consistency when staff are absent, and so have a positive impact on student and staff well-being. We also think that it could provide a springboard for support staff considering teacher training. We would like your views on whether and how to pilot this role.
