COVID-19 has changed healthcare delivery in the UK. New and innovative ways of working have been rapidly developed across the NHS. As we move into the next phase of COVID-19, we want to stand up for the profession, act quickly to ensure that beneficial changes and innovations are captured and sustained in the new NHS as it evolves in the coming months and years.
We understand that you are very busy, but your expertise is crucial to define and deliver the best future for our patients. Please help us by sharing the beneficial changes and innovations you have seen and been a part of.

Please use the same numbers throughout the questions to refer to the same change, i.e. ‘No 1)’ in question 1 would refer to the same change as ‘No 1)’ in question 3.
Please do not include any personal data about either colleagues, patients or similar in your answers.
Our intention is to use the information we collect from this survey to share with NHS organisations, governments and other external bodies in order to effectively shape future health care services wherever our Fellows and Members are located. In particular, we aim to share responses we receive from responders in England with NHS England as part of their independent survey exercise, which closes at the end of June 2020. This survey will close on Jun 30 2020.
