SAMH wants to learn about benefit sanctions as they affect people with mental health problems. SAMH will use the findings from the survey to inform our evidence to the House of Commons Work and Pensions Committee Benefit sanctions inquiry. The UK Government normally responds to Committee reports: so taking part in this survey will help us to make the Government aware of how sanctions are affecting people.
