Prestbury School PTA Christmas Fayre 2022 Parent Survey

We hope you are all recovered from the Christmas season.

This survey focuses specifically on the 2022 School Christmas Fayre. As part of the PTA Committee's autumn event review, it is important to include feedback and ideas from the school community to help us review last year's event and inform planning for the 2023 Fayre.

It would be so helpful if you could spend a moment to complete this questionnaire. Feedback is anonymous, but there is the opportunity to state what class your child is in at the end, for their class to be in with a chance to get PTA treats at Golden Time next week. There is also the opportunity to provide your name and contact if you wish to be contacted about any ideas or feedback provided in the survey.
