S4B Tenant Satisfaction Measures 2023/24

We’re carrying out a survey with Tenants that asks them questions about their experiences with us, where we’re doing well and how we can improve. We’ll do this every year on behalf of Manchester City Council and share the results with the Regulator. It should take about 10 minutes of your time. You can provide with any other feedback at the end of our survey.
