Welcome to our Survey

Disability law service is a charity that has been providing free legal advice to disabled people and their carers since 1975.  We specialise in Community Care, Housing, Welfare Benefits and Employment law.

We are in the process of developing our three year plan and part of that plan will look at our current service and what we can do to improve.

We would appreciate it if you could complete this survey and provide us with valuable feedback.
