Music Support Mental Health and Addiction Survey, January 2022

Music Support is a registered charity that was founded in 2016 by veterans of the music industry, all with lived experience of mental ill health and/or addiction.

Music Support's aim is to remove stigma, improve literacy, help with prevention, early intervention, crisis support, and ensure there is a continuum of care for all workers in UK music and live events who are affected by mental ill health and/or addiction.

We tackle this through delivering peer-led services that are evidence-based and encourage a supportive community of practice.

Music Support is currently applying for funding to increase the support we give to people in music and live events who are experiencing mental health and/or addiction challenges.

We need your help to understand your experiences, particularly through the pandemic and how this has affected you. Your vital feedback will help to inform the future development of our services, so they provide additional support to beneficiaries and complement current services delivered across the industry.

This short survey will ask you some quick questions to help us design and structure the services and raise the funds we need to make it happen. Please be as honest as you can. It shouldn’t take any longer than 5-10 minutes and your answers will be anonymous.
