* 5. How important is it to you that you work closely with other employers in any multi-employer apprenticeship model? For example: planning meetings to map out who is going to provide what opportunities for the apprentice to learn the knowledge and skills they require; review meetings to discuss the progress of the apprentice and any issues that are emerging.

Essential: would only be prepared to work on a multi-employer model where we all agreed to work closely together

This would come with a management fee (approximately 15%) but the third party would then be the employer and responsible for the personnel issues relating to the apprentice.
