COVID-19 Impact and Support Survey

Please can you spare a few minutes to complete the attached survey. These 10 questions have been sent to a range of businesses across the region and adapted for BID Leamington members.

We have been asked to gather this information so that policy makers, politicians and local authorities can understand the challenges you may be facing. Where possible, we will also use this information to direct our support.

Your information will be collated and anonymised before it is shared. The only person with access to this survey is Stephanie Kerr, Executive Director, BID Leamington. All data will be destroyed once it has been collated.
