We invite you to join The Revels Office at one of their unique online Culture Sprint workshops, designed to give current and future arts leaders tools for solving critical business challenges.

The workshops will introduce you to the concept of Design Thinking, an approach used by designers to create innovative solutions to problems, and demonstrate how you can use this in your working life in the cultural sector.

Who is Culture Sprint for?
These sessions are ideal for Heads of Department and Directors who are in a position to integrate new thinking into their teams and strategies going forward, but anyone is welcome who works in or with the arts sector who wants to try out new ways of working and solving problems.

What will I learn?
A highly creative and practical workshop, you will dive in to using Design Thinking tools to re-consider a critical challenge faced by the arts sector right now. By the end of the session you and your peers will have a practical set of tools and solutions to try and test on your own projects, helping you to future-proof your team and organisation.

You will be sent a preparation document to get ready for the workshop including a Zoom link, and a summary document to remind you of the techniques and solutions that were discussed in the session.

These sessions are a short sample of the longer, more in-depth process that Culture Sprint usually offers arts organisations, so these online workshops let you try out the techniques, meet peers, and enjoy a dose of fresh thinking to inspire you throughout 2021!
