To understand interest in and demand for local venison

Venison survey- the meat of a deer. This survey is being run by Coigach & Assynt Living Landscape Partnership with input from local deer managers from the West Sutherland Deer Management Group.

Every completed survey will be entered into a prize draw on the 31st January, for the chance to win a joint of venison or box of veg.

The survey results will be shared with participants who take part, the local deer management group and CALLP. Any personal data supplied will be treated in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The results of this survey may lead to further initiatives that promote venison and share recipes.
