Introduction
Marlow Rugby club celebrates its 75th anniversary in 2022 - we are taking the opportunity to develop a new Vision and Strategy for the club that will takes us forward for the next 75 years, starting with a transformational 5-10 year plan.
Also, the start of the new season is upon us as well as the 2019 Rugby World Cup. This is the best opportunity any rugby club can have to celebrate all that is good about rugby with its members and the wider community. We plan to show many of the matches live at the rugby club, creating a great spectator experience at the club as the tournament unfolds.
With both of these programmes in mind, Conducting a Volunteers and Skills audit is part of that process. This is an exciting time for the club and the Rugby World Cup in the Autumn will kick-start the journey.
This exercise is not a commitment to volunteer. Instead, the purpose is to better understand both the existing and potential volunteers workforce, as well as the unique skills that the club community has to offer, from sales to architecture or IT, whether you are a member of the club or not.
This survey has 8 questions and will take less than 3 minutes to complete.
