Museum survey for AD users

1. Introduction

This survey is specifically targeted at users of audio description services at museums and heritage sites.

It is in two sections, the first about visiting museums as they re-open, the second about online experiences. There are 39 questions in total, but all are optional, with a mixture of multiple choice and open-ended answers. The purpose of the survey is to help VocalEyes advise the venues we work with how best to support audio description users in person and online.
