HIV Scotland, a national HIV policy charity, is surveying young people between the ages of 12-25 about their experience of sexual health lessons.  At this time, we are not surveying people outside of this age range. The information we receive will help us better understand how young people learn about HIV and sexual health in school and what areas need to be improved.

The questions you will be asked are about your opinions and experiences of sexual education, and your knowledge of HIV. The final questions are so we can learn a little bit about you. It should take about 10 minutes to complete.

The survey is anonymous and for any reason you do not wish to participate in this survey you may opt out. When filling out the survey if there are any questions you do not wish to answer you may skip them and continue with the survey.

As a thank you for participating in our survey, please provide your name and email address at the end of the survey for a chance to enter into a prize draw for a brand new Apple Watch Series 3. Terms and conditions of the prize draw can be found here. Your name and email address will remain anonymous.
