Your veterinary practice has applied to be assessed for the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme Award in Client Service.

As a part of the assessment process your practice is required to survey a sample of their clients regarding their experience of the practice.

The following questionnaire can be completed in under 2 minutes and is critical to your practice achieving the Client Experience Award. Your answers will be collected anonymously and will be used by the RCVS to assess client service at your practice. The collated data will also be shared with the practice to help them improve the service they provide.
