Volunteers do so much at RNIB, and we want to make sure you have the best possible experience. We'd really like to hear from you. Completing this survey will take about 15 minutes. By sharing your experiences, you’ll help identify what’s working well for volunteers at RNIB, as well as areas that can be improved.
All your responses will be treated as confidential and data will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. The information collected will be kept anonymous and reported on internally and externally in combination with a set of responses from other volunteers. We’ll share a summary of the findings with you next spring.
We’d like to encourage you to be as honest as possible in your feedback. We may share data with teams, but in line with good practice we’ll never segment information to groups smaller than 10, so that your response is not identifiable.
The last eight questions are demographic questions and it would be a great help to us if you can complete them. In line with the RNIB diversity and inclusion policy, we want to ensure we can identify whether different groups of volunteers are reporting different experiences so that we can take positive action to redress any inequities. The information that you provide here will only be used to analyse the collective responses to this survey.
