Support line survey - share your views

The Support Line will offer free and confidential information, support (including emotional) and signposting to anyone affected by TSA in the UK. It will continue to be a friendly service, offering emphatic and professional information, support and signposting, by a small team of Advisers working from home across the UK.

The Support Line team  is made up of two Advisers, one Information Officer and the Head of Support and Information Services. They will be able to provide information, support and signposting to anyone contacting the Support Line from anywhere in the UK.

There will be one number to call, which will be free and one email address which all of the team will have access to, and be able to reply to.

If you would like to tell us anything else about the upcoming support line after you have completed this survey, please get in contact with Rachael Wyartt (Head of Support and Information): Rachael.Wyartt@tuberoussclerosis.org / 0300 222 5737.
