This survey is for Tameside residents or people who work in Tameside in routine and manual occupations that are current tobacco smokers. The survey will include questions on smoking and later in the survey there will be questions on vaping/e-cigarettes.
 
People in routine and manual jobs in Tameside are more likely to smoke than those in other jobs in Tameside. Tameside smokers spend on average £2,451 per year on smoking. From completing this survey we hope to have a greater understanding of routine and manual workers smoking behaviour and motivations to quit smoking.
 
Please only complete this survey if you smoke tobacco cigarettes, live or work in Tameside and your occupation is considered routine and/or manual worker (e.g. mechanic, machine operator, labourer).
