Following the government announcement about schools staying open for children of key workers, we urgently need information about numbers of key worker children who will need to come into school from Monday onwards.  However, please note that government guidance states that if it is at all possible for children to be at home, then they should be at home.  Please could you complete the survey below for each of your children who attends an Olympus school and for whom you will need provision in school in the coming weeks.  A separate response is needed for each child please.
