IOG Community Survey

Members of the IOG were recently invited to take part in some independent research into the groundsmanship sector; the full results of this research will be shared at SALTEX. Early analysis of the results has revealed the urgent need for change. Addressing issues like lack of diversity in the sector and the need to attract a younger generation is crucial to sustain the future of our profession.

Respondents to the independent research told us the Institute of Groundsmanship should lead the charge for change. With that in mind we are now considering how to change the look and feel of the IOG. We want your views to be front and centre of this process, so please spare five minutes to tell us (anonymously) what you think.
