Inclusive Mosque Initiative (IMI) focus on establishing a place of worship for the promotion and practice of an inclusive Islam. 
IMI are always in the process of improving accessibility of their spaces. If you have access needs in relation to disability, and would like to feed into this process, we would be grateful if you could complete this survey. 
 
This survey is for disabled people who are interested in the work of IMI. This includes those who have been, are, or may be in the future: IMI supporters, event attendees, volunteers, employees and/or those who access IMI services.
 
We would appreciate if you can answer questions in as much detail as possible. Your answers will only be used to improve accessibility of IMI and for no other purpose.
