Part 3: Non-technical skills training

With this course we hope to use simulation to provide you with an experience of how to practically manage a challenging renal scenario. We hope to enable you not only to practice the clinical management but also develop skills in operating medical devices and a focus on how environment, policy and systems impact the way that we work. This alongside non-technical skills (i.e. communication, teamwork, leadership and situational awareness) will be part of the focus of our training day.
